Food Blog Buzz

When nothing is going on in the kitchen here, it's fun to finally take some time to see what's going on in the rest of the food blog world. I'm going out with the girls tonight, so let's turn our attention to what caught my eye on other blogs this week.

You won't find spectacular photos on MY blog, ahem, but I can bring you spectacular photos from other blogs!

I'm sure that many of you have visited Delicious Days. All of the photos from the Pink Pasta post are incredible, and it was hard to choose, but I think this was my favorite:

Over at The Web Sorceress Cooks, she is starting a new weekly blogging event called Just Desserts. Sounds delish, but it could prove deadly for the scale. :)

I drooled over the brownies on Lori's Dessert Comes First - her perfect brownie sounds a lot like mine. Which reminds me - it's about time to try a few new recipes to continue my quest for the perfect brownie.

And then there is the truly bizarre. I don't remember where I found this one - sometimes I just follow a string of links from many different blogs and wind up who know where. Anyway, one of the food blogs I ended up visting had the following photo featured. Kinda sick, but kinda funny...........definitely a conversation piece........... (coming back to say that I finally figure out that I found this over at Foodgoat).

Hopefully back tomorrow with reports from the kitchen.....
