This first photo is for Joe's dog Spike who was quite sad last week. Hopefully this week finds him in better spirits. In any case, Bailey can sympathize:
This is Bailey after getting fixed last summer. He's still a little groggy from the meds. How pitiful he was! Worse yet was the bruises my legs sustained from him bumping into everything, including my legs, with that big old cone! My second picture shows how we amuse ourselves by driving our poor little pooch a little nutty. DH has a laser pen that he uses when he teaches - it's amazing how much time Bailey will spend chasing that little red dot! Of course it's much better on video, but I couldn't resist. I wonder if he'll ever realize that he can't catch it??? I hope not! It's way too much fun watching him run around the room, even running back and forth, following its trail on the ceiling! Silly mutt.
