Stuffing

Source: My mother

Stouffer's Herb Seasoned Bread Crumbs
butter
chicken broth
celery
onion
chopped or slivered almonds

I basically follow the instructions on the back of the package. Heat butter and chicken broth together in a pan. Take a small amount of butter and sauté the celery, onion and almonds. Mix together with the bread crumbs and you're done.

It's nothing fancy, but it's the stuffing of my childhood and it brings back fond memories. We never let mom make anything else. I've tried other stuffings, but I always seem to come back to this one. Maybe next year we'll try a different recipe......then again, maybe not.
