Kielbasa Rachaels

  • about 12 ounces turkey kielbasa
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • Thousand Island Dressing
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • prepared coleslaw
  • butter
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cut the turkey kielbasa into 4 portions that will nicely fit your bread. Place them on the heated grill pan and grill until brown and crispy on both sides. Turn heat down to low.

Butter one side of each slice of bread and assemble your sandwiches using all ingredients. Grill sandwiches until bread is browned and cheese is melted.
