½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon lime juice (the original recipe called for 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, but lime seemed more fitting)
2 teaspoons, or more, of curry powder (the original recipe called for 1 teaspoon, but I like a lot of curry flavor)
about 1 teaspoon of Thai Garlic Chili Paste, or to taste (this was my addition)
salt to taste (my addition)
Mix and chill.
