Crunchy Bread

This is my mom's recipe for little crunchy bread rounds that she likes to serve with dinner. It's a tasty, healthy alternative to garlic bread. "Crunchy Bread" is what the boys would call it and the name stuck.
  • your favorite crusty bread, sliced
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • garlic salt
  • Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese
Brush each slice of bread with a bit of olive oil. Sprinkle bread with garlic salt, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Toast until cheese is bubbly and bread begins to brown.
