White Bean and Tomato Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

White Bean and Tomato Salad

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 small clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

1 15-ounce can white beans, rinsed and drained
6 ounces cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Whisk together dressing ingredients in a medium bowl. Add beans, tomatoes and basil and mix well. Chill slightly before serving for best flavor.
