Artichoke Dip
Source:???
2 (13-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
2 -3 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lemon
Process all ingredients until smooth. Bake in a casserole dish at 350ยบ for 30 minutes.
