Just another quick post.  I will be posting my exercise and eating results on a daily basis (as often as possible).  Check the sidebar under Health and Fitness.  This will be a work in progress and likely to change a few times before I develop a routine.

I must admit that my inclination is to try to lose the weight fast just to fit into my clothes again, but I know that's not the way to go about it. So sensible it is. :) Just making myself aware of how much I'm REALLY eating is a bit step.
